Multi-factor Authentication (MFA)
daVinci EHR supports optional multi-factor authentication (MFA), enhancing account security by requiring users to verify their identity through an additional step beyond just a password. This second factor such as a one-time code (OTP) sent via email or SMS significantly reduces the risk of unauthorized access, even if login credentials are compromised.
MFA is a widely recommended safeguard aligned with healthcare data protection best practices. See Multi-factor Authentication Use Cases.
EHI Export Documentation
daVinci EHR's Electronic Health Information (EHI) Export feature lets you manually export a patient's complete health record – or the full patient population for a practice. To support bulk export of EHI across multiple patients, daVinci EHR generates a separate TSV file for each type of resource. Within a resource file, each row within a file contains data for a single patient. See EHI Export Documentation.
Application Access: API Guide
This guide outlines the use of standards-based patient APIs in alignment with ONC's certification criteria (g)(8). The documentation ensures open access to API details without registration barriers. Patients can follow the process defined below to access their healthcare information. See Application Access: API Documentation.
